What’s the difference between natural grain and fine grind Baja Gold?
Both are the same unrefined mineral salt. The key difference is texture. Natural grain has larger crystals and is great for finishing, pickling, and seasoning by hand. Fine grain dissolves faster and is ideal for baking and sauces.
Why is this salt slightly moist?
Baja Gold is sun-dried and unprocessed, so it naturally retains a touch of moisture. That moisture helps preserve trace minerals and indicates the salt hasn’t been stripped or chemically altered.
Is Baja Gold better than regular salt or Himalayan pink salt?
